1

Today's Plan

Here and now

Your view of the current day. It displays meals planned for today and a calorie summary (you can set your daily limit, and the system will show how much you’ve eaten/planned). From here, you can quickly jump to the Shopping List and check off eaten meals.

Zenith Philosophy This is a tool for building daily awareness. Checking off meals gives you experience points (EXP), which builds your level in the app. Even if a healthy lunch doesn't show immediate effects in the mirror, Zenith rewards you right away for sticking to the plan.
2

Planner

Operational weekly plan

A view of the next 7 days. You can manually throw in meals or, with one click ("Apply plan"), load an entire ready-made template from the Weekly Plans section. This is also where you generate an automatic shopping list. Important: changes made in the Planner (e.g., swapping Tuesday's dinner) are temporary – they do not overwrite your main, saved templates.

Zenith Philosophy Flexibility. The Planner is your "workspace." It allows you to test new solutions or react to sudden changes in plans without ruining your well-functioning, base menus.
3

Shopping List

Your assistant in the store

An automatic list generated based on meals from the Planner. Importantly, you can manually add any items to it (e.g., household chemicals). In the store, you simply check off what you put in the cart. At the end, you enter the amount spent, add a description, and click "Post expense," and the system automatically logs this expense in the Wallet module.

Zenith Philosophy Maximum time savings and a holistic approach to life. You don't need a separate app for shopping lists and another for your budget – Zenith connects your health care with your financial care.
4

Meal Library

Your database

A catalog of dishes. To start, you get 100 predefined meals that you can freely edit. When adding a new meal, you enter the name, calories, and ingredients (separated by commas). You can write the preparation description yourself or generate it using artificial intelligence.

Zenith Philosophy Your own cookbook tailored to you. Thanks to AI, the barrier to entry for cooking drops drastically – you only come up with the ingredients, and the system tells you how to cook it.
5

Weekly Plans

Strategy

A place to create permanent, 7-day nutritional templates (e.g., "Reduction Plan," "Quick Dinners Plan"). You create them once, save them, and then simply juggle them in the Planner.

Zenith Philosophy It all comes down to the decision-making burden. When you don't know what to eat, you often make bad food decisions "while hungry." Here, all it takes is sitting down once, creating 4-5 solid plans, and then every Sunday morning spending literally 10 seconds to click "Apply plan" for the next week and generate a shopping list.
6

Weight

Monitoring effects

A place to enter your current weight. You can set a target weight, unless you are currently at it. You can always use this section to record your weight history.

Zenith Philosophy Weight is hard feedback data. We recommend weighing yourself once a week. Thanks to this, you can see in black and white whether a given Weekly Plan is actually working and bringing you closer to your goal, or if it requires minor adjustments in the Meal Library.
