§1. General Provisions

The Administrator of the Zenith Application (hereinafter "Application") is Patryk Pakuła IT Solution, NIP: 5772002674, REGON: 540031732.

Use of the Application requires a Google account and being at least 16 years of age. The Application is designed for managing time, finances, habits, and personal development.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator's registered office in Poland.

§2. Registration and Access

• Registration is conducted exclusively via Google Login (OAuth). The Administrator does not store your Google account password.
• Basic features are free. Access to advanced features requires a PRO subscription.
• A stable internet connection and a mobile device supported by official stores (Google Play / App Store) are required for the Application to function correctly.

§3. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. The Administrator does not store credit card data.

PRO subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time in the app settings before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for already paid periods.

§4. Usage Rules & Gamification

The gamification system (XP, levels, badges) is purely motivational. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or assets.

You retain ownership of the content you input. You grant the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display this content solely to provide the Application's services to you.

§5. Liability and Disclaimers

• AI Disclaimer: The app uses Google Gemini API. We are not responsible for errors in OCR receipt scanning or AI-generated suggestions.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for outages caused by global infrastructure failures (Firebase, Google) or other events beyond our control.
• Data Backup: While we prioritize security, we do not guarantee perpetual data availability. Users should independently archive their critical information.

§6. Complaints and Changes

Complaints can be submitted to: contact@zenith-ms.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.
