Core Guide

System

Master the mechanics of Zenith. Learn how to transform your long-term vision into daily execution through our specific hierarchy of action.

1

Goals (Long-term Horizon)

The main signpost

Goals are large, long-term projects or aspirations (e.g., "Building a house", "Becoming a journalist"). You don't interact here daily—you enter the goal and mark it only when achieved. Optionally set a deadline and answer: "How will you know you've achieved it?" and "What is your mission?".

Zenith Philosophy: Goals give meaning to smaller actions. Auxiliary questions guide you, but remain optional because sometimes you just "feel" a direction before you can logically define it.
2

Resolutions (The Path)

Bigger blocks of action

Repeatable tasks that bring you closer to Goals. They require focus and time. Resolutions have 4 status options:

  • Success: Completed 100%.
  • Failure: Not completed.
  • Not Today: Used on days when the resolution doesn't apply (e.g., you only train on Mondays and Wednesdays).
  • Freeze: An emergency option for bad days. Use it when you complete at least 30% of the task (e.g., walking through a store instead of a 20-minute walk).
Zenith Philosophy: Daily "clicking off" (even for Not Today) reminds you of your commitments, drastically increasing discipline. Freeze prevents frustration when life throws obstacles.
3

Habits (Daily Discipline)

Mini-resolutions

Simple, fast activities (e.g., "10 pushups"). Habits are binary (0-1)—Success or Failure. No half-measures allowed.

Zenith Philosophy: Habits build a foundation of agency and prove you can maintain discipline, regardless of the scale of the challenge.
Shared Logic (Resolutions & Habits)

System Fairness Rules

  • Back-editing: Fill statuses for today and up to two days back.
  • Auto-failure: Empty days count as Failure after 3 days.
  • Notebook: Each entry has a built-in space for quick conclusions.
  • Stats: "Completed" is total successes. "Series" (Streak) is consecutive successes. Failure resets streaks; Not Today and Freeze pause them.
  • Hall of Fame: Long streaks unlock profile badges.

Training Atlas (Planning)

Your physical activity center

Your private exercise library and physical activity planning center. Whether you're lifting iron, running, or exercising in the living room – here you will build your perfect schedule.

  • Create workouts: Add a new workout, name it, and choose a category (e.g., Strength, Cardio, Running, Cycling, Yoga, Home workout).
  • Add steps: Break the workout into smaller elements. Add e.g., warm-up, specific exercises (bench press, push-ups), and a stretching session at the end.
  • Arrange plans: Go to the plans section and assign created workouts to specific days of the week. Empty days will be automatically recognized by the system as well-deserved recovery time (Rest Day).
Zenith Philosophy To stop guessing what to do after entering the gym or mat. Having a ready-made step-by-step plan saves you time, builds a routine, and increases your effectiveness. It is the foundation for developing healthy habits.
5

Training Journal (Execution)

Where the plan turns into action

The place where the plan turns into action. This module synchronizes with your Training Atlas and displays exactly what you have to do today.

  • Today's view: You enter the Journal and immediately see the status for today (planned workout or rest day).
  • Start: Click "Start workout" to start the stopwatch.
  • Check off steps: Perform planned exercises one by one and track your progress live.
  • Control time: You can pause the countdown, end the workout (OK button), or if necessary, interrupt or delete it.
  • Save in History: Each completed workout goes to the Workout History.
Zenith Philosophy It's your whip over your head and the best motivator. Tracking your workout in real-time allows you to maintain pace and focus. In turn, Workout History provides you with hard data – you see exactly the date, duration, and whether you performed all planned steps.
6

Pomodoro (Execution)

The timer on steroids

Use the built-in Pomodoro for any task or resolution. It's the ultimate tool to crush procrastination.

Zenith Philosophy: Using Pomodoro generates EXP. You see immediate rewards for your effort, providing a hit of dopamine even when the final goal is still far away.
7

Notes (Reflection)

Your growth archive

A dedicated place for loose development thoughts and deep reflections.

Zenith Philosophy: Growth isn't just action; it's drawing conclusions. Zenith treats note-taking as a legitimate growth activity, rewarding you with EXP for your self-awareness.
